What do you see. now look at the window picture. Right bottom window pane. There is nothing outside the window that could cause this. there is no landing and its up so high that nothing is standing outside of it.

which window ? the top one with what looks like the dust particle "orb" in the bottom pane or the bottom windows  reflecting flash? I have pictures i took in this room and mine show lights from the outside coming in, there is an exit sign out there that you can see....
