Little Ruth Church Road Cemetery

Green Cove Springs: Little Ruth Church Road Cemetery- across the road from the Feed Store. At the end of course is a little church and a very small graveyard. The area in fact is large but very inhabited by dark apparitions, succubus's, and a very mysterious dark apparition that runs around. Witnesses have reported seeing the apparition who is called "The Runner" that seems to follow you. He follows visitors while walking on 17 you can hear him, a distinct walk with slight scuff of his feet on the pavement. (The Locals around the cemetery might just enjoy heckling paranormal investigations)

UPDATE:
            On Jan 17, 2009 our team did an investigation at this location.
Surprising facts are that as far as we understand, our team is the only team that has ever requested permission to investigate this location. The cemetery itself dates from the late 1800 and is mostly family plots of church members.

Our findings:
                   We could not locate any evil presence, no dark shadow, no succubus, nothing even remotely evil. What we did find is that what spirits might be there, seem to be loving and enjoy the company of anybody that comes to visit even might show a play of lights over some of the graves. The gravesites are well kept by the church and family members. There are some unmarked graves that date back into the 1800.
         Ware the stories come from that there is a Succubus or dark shadow comes from is unknown; during our research period we could not find any documentation to back up these statements. As for the Runner, He is located on Rt. 17 and that is a good ways away from this location. Nothing could be found to make any of our team believe that his story has anything to do with this location. More research needed to be done to locate his true story.

                     If any team wants to investigate this location they can contact the old pastors wife, she has control of the property since the pastor passed away this past year.  Our team also placed flowers on his gravesite that is now located in the cemetery.

I'd like to add that the Little Ruth Church members I had contacted were very gracious folks and very interested in what CAPE was doing. They were mailed a written report along with photos last week.
